It's a direct Bay front condo with a boat dock, tropical foliage, heated pool and undercover parking. Full bay views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom bring the beauty of the Intracoastal Waterway into full focus. While it is located directly on the bay the white, sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico is less than one block away.

This beautifully furnished unit has just been refurnished and offers every possible amenity for your convenience and comfort. New additions include high speed internet with expanded cable. You can have your morning coffee watching the sunrise from your private open lanai over the bay or drop a line from the dock and catch dinner.

This unit will sleep four with a queen size bed in the main bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom. There is a new 39" television in the living room with a DVD player and a new 24" television in the master bedroom.

There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit.

Bay Watch Condo is a four night minimum rental.
Parking is limited to two cars.
