The unit was very comfortable with a nice king size bed and beautifully decorated. It was nice to have access to the stacked washer and dryer inside the unit. Additionally, the location made it very easy to walk across the street to the beach, to walk to several gulf beach front restaurants, and even to the shops on Bridge Street. If you wanted to catch the trolley, a stop was right there at the entrance to the condos. There was a large swimming pool close to the unit behind the building and the pickle ball courts were beside the building at the entrance. I would recommend bringing beach chairs for the beach. The kitchen had basic pots and pans and casserole dishes. It was missing a pizza pan, but it had a cookie sheet and pizza cutter. The nonstick pan for cooking eggs was not nonstick. Overall, we loved it and plan to try to rent it again!
