Lovely hotel, perfect location, excellent staff service. Only negative was when we got to our room we were allocated one that could be used as a connecting room for families, only a thin door separating the rooms and you could hear everything the people in the other room were saying,

The hotel itself is lovely and well located, however the room isn't very clean the bathroom is the worst for cleanliness ive ever stayed in ,the sheets also have questionable stains on ,not happy, also quite a few moths in the room.

Great location, attentive staff, very clean and well kept, lovely breakfast, quiet and comfortable. Parking onsite needs to be booked in advance and is a £40 valet service. Cheaper ling tern parking is available a 5 minute walk away.

Just ok

The deluxe room we had felt a little tired. Pillows were awful and bed was hard. Easy to scald yourself in the shower as there are no clear indications as to hot or cold options or temperature levels. Little dissapointed as our stay was for a special reason.

The central location suited our needs and was within easy walking distance from Windsor Castle. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Safe, but expensive on site parking. The restaurant was mediocre, small portion and very expensive fish of the day.

Hotel was fine but the fire alarm went off during the night and the staff didn’t know what to do it disrupted our sleep, we left a day early as I didn’t trust the safety of the hotel after that

Not our first visit to this hotel. It is in a great location and overall a great hotel. On this visit we noticed a general deterioration in the property. Worn metal on taps in bathroom, marks on carpets. Not major. Breakfast was a big disappointment though. Limited choice. Not cooked to a good standard. Processed bread. Nothing that said fresh and healthy
