great stay, great bed, excellent housekeeping staff. The breakfast was also great and thank you for the quietness of the building, even though it is close to the freeway.

Very nice room with a mini-fridge and a microwave. Breakfast was also good. We were there 7 mornings, and they had scrambled eggs every morning and alternated between bacon and sausage. There was also a waffle maker. Coffee, tea, and cold water was available at all times. Although they didn't have a copy of USA Today, they did have copies of the local Bozeman paper.

The hotel and rooms are in great condition. The bed is comfortable but the pillows were a little firm for my liking. The hotel is pet friendly and you would never know a dog has been in the room. They clean the bed spreads often, I'm sure. I will stay there again....

Emily checked us in and was VERY flustered. She told us that although my Travelocity account showed the room was prepaid, she had to charge the three rooms booked to my credit card. She said "oh, that is just a third party...or something." When we checked out Marcia charged our cards a second time. I ended up paying three times for the rooms. The lobby is under construction and was a total mess.

TREATED POORLY

Pros: The breakfast was good. Some eggs and bacon, great!!
Cons: More courteous front clerks. Manners need much improvement.
Location: Staying in lots of hotels from April 25 through June 15. Did not have time to check out the local area.
While checking in I asked for first floor. He promptly said no and I just made statement I was traveling cross country and this is first time not on first floor (just simple talk). He said "Well, there's a first time for everything". He was rude and we were surprised. We then did not have a television remote. We couldn't believe how expensive this place was as well. We are seniors and this was the highest we paid at LaQuita.
