TERRIBLE - DIRTY, BUGs, WORST Support1. Property not addressed, directions are 100% UNCLEAR which condo is the right one. Support was TERRIBLE –no support over the phone want text only. Hung up on me many times, left me no information to access the property. Walked around for 40 minutes trying to figure out what door the code opened. Support team texted indicating escalations to my problems and then did nothing but wait for me to leave. 2. The sink in the kitchen was not working. The freezer could not even keep ice frozen. Dishes covered in dust / film. Cabinets disgusting, contained food that expired in 2016!! This property has not been cleaned properly in years! There are spiders and webs all over, dirt, dust, food, gross things behind furniture and beds. Just filthy 3. Cockroaches – Need I say anything else 4. Security concerns - Doors with access to the property with no locks have plastic shelfing with board games in front of them. Not Secure. Stairs leading to upstairs Unit with a door that could freely access the lower unit. 5. Costs & Support: TERRIBLE price inappropriate considering exorbitant host & cleaning fees - How dare you charge for cleaning when property obviously not being cleaned! Pick up the phone! Customer Service via text message is not appreciated, is unprofessional and causes stress. 200 rolls of toilet paper and dish soap DO NOT MAKE PROPERTY Clean. The worst support, service and property experience I have ever had!
