Enjoy the beautiful tranquility of Eagle Island Peninsula. This home, nestled in the trees has a 2 minute walk to the private beach/park area and community dock. This private park, with its sandy bottom, is great for relaxing with family, friends, and kids. We are located just 9 miles from Boyne City, 12 miles from Petoskey (with nearby Boyne Highlands), and 18 miles from Charlevoix. This home is a year round rental whether you're considering a golf trip, ski trip, wine tasting, canoe trip, fishing trip, or summer fun.

This home features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Master bedroom has a queen bed with master bath. The other two bedrooms share the other full bath. One room includes a queen bed while the third includes queen bunk beds.

The upstairs main living area has a room with double doors that contains 2 futons that fold down into 2 queen beds.

Large living/dining area with oversized chairs and couch for enjoying family time. Home offers cable tv and wi-fi. Enjoy winding down with dinner and drinks on the elevated deck. Enjoying those amazing walloon evenings.

Great location; lots of room

This is the 2nd year we've stayed w/Chris. We love his house. It is close to Walloon, Boyne City and Petoskey. Quiet, clean and roomy. It is a great spot to stay.

Fun Spot on Beautiful Lake

Really a great experience. House was very big, especially the 2 living areas. Had everything we needed and the shared private beach was awesome. Only thought to improve was the carpet being quite old for a house at this price point. Overall great place and would recommend highly.

Perfect for our large family. Bedrooms were on lower level so others can be as noisy as they want in the living area. We were half an hour from Boyne Mountain and 45 minutes from Boyne Highlands.

Spacious and clean lake house with community park on Walloon

The lakehouse on Eagle island Rd was perfect for our 2 family vacation. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and Chris was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The community park and dock was just a short walk down the street and provided a great place for the kids to swim and get out on the lake!

Large house w/Walloon Dock - quiet, clean, lots of indoor/outdoor space

We stayed at Chris' house last week. The house is very large, clean and well appointed. It has large outdoor decks on both levels and lots of yard space. Chris the owner was very responsive and helpful in getting into and out of the house. 3 bedroom/3 bath w/an overflow family room for working/sleeping/TV. Great house. Recommend highly.

You will love it here!

This property is a truly lovely and cozy home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. There are views of Walloon Lake in the winter since leaves are off the trees; I cannot comment on the summer view. The house has 3 1/2 baths and all of them are really nice. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are some spices and such for your use. The Keurig and Starbucks pods are a really nice touch and made us feel even more welcome. Overall, the house was spotless! The linens are really nice and the cleaners left nice touches such as towels "laid out" and hotel "points" on the toilet paper. Outdoors, the lot is large and woodsy and the driveway was perfectly plowed. Chris was so communicative and he was a joy as a host. You could easily have two families here if kids are able to sleep together on futons in the family room. We enjoyed are stay and I can't imagine that anyone wouldn't be thrilled with a relaxing stay here. Note: the house does have wifi but it is being improved; if it's essential for your family to have video meetings or stream videos, you may want to check the status with Chris.

Beautiful views from this amazing home

We had a great time in this well equipped home. The bonus room was amazing for the kids but I would recommend to get a space heater for the winter. That room was very cold while the rest of the home was very warm. Upgrade for the tv’s would be nice. I know that it should not be the main activity but in the winter a cozy movie night would be great. All and all we had an amazing time. The views are amazing and we did not even get to enjoy the beautiful lake because of all the snow.
