This super clean and affordable 2 bed/1 bath home in Boyne City has all the amenities you need for a great stay including a great location. Walk to shopping and restaurants, farmers market and stroll the streets on Friday nights.
The space
This home is neat, clean and welcoming. It has a nice back deck with a gas BBQ and large peaceful yard to enjoy. Spacious open living room has recliners with USB ports for everyone to relax and unwind. The location is a central spot to visit all the poplar locations in Northern Michigan.

Very good size kitchen and setup/layout. The living room was also setup perfectly and very comfy. The beds are nearing end of life but not terrible. Overall great location, great layout, and beautiful/comfortable stay. Hosts were very responsive.

The property is very nice. Setting is really pretty and it felt like “home” when we walked in. Quite clean and decorated nicely. I especially liked the bathroom vanity and storage above toilet. Loved our stay. The house was roomy, clean, well appointed with all the right things. Location was so quiet. Close enough to walk downtown to eat or shop. Enjoyed the campfire pit. A good proximity to other attractions and activities. Boyne City is our new favorite up North MI location. We will want to return.

A very sweet rustic home in a quiet family neighborhood. We rented this place to stay in while our friends were camping at Young State Park. The location is convenient to to Boyne City and the park. This home is well stocked with whatever supplies you need. Very homey and comfortable. The host always answered if we contacted him in a prompt manner. We felt the pricing was fair and we would definitely rent here again. Thank you Dennis for sharing your home with us!

The home was very clean, well equipped and comfortable, overall. The listing states the property sleeps 6 while there are two queen beds and a couch which didn't seem to be a sofa bed; we made do with one adult on the couch. The outdoor deck with cushioned furniture and firepit table provided a great space to relax and visit as a group. The location was quite private and close to Boyne City and surrounding attractions.

AC worked perfect and countered the July heat well, kitchen and linen were stocked with all we needed, back and front yards were great for quick dog walks, location was convenient for walking into town, and everything was clean. We had a wonderful time. The property is private. The backyard is huge. The house is so comfy and cozy. The kitchen appliances, big and small, pots & pans, dishes, plenty of kitchen supplies for easy meals preparing. The furniture is comfortable. The beds were nice. The linens were provided.
