The indoor poor was amazing for our family and the staff was friendly and helpful. I do have to say that the first room I got in looked nothing like the picture from what I booked for 2 queen beds. It was so hot because we were right next to the pool area and our AC barely worked. The front desk clerk was very helpful and swapped our room and it was completely different. Just as expected. Clean, comfortable, and spacious. If you get a room and don't like it, def ask for assistance before writing this hotel off.

Requested 1st floor room because spouse is handicapped. Man at counter didn’t care gave us a 3rd floor room. Toilet tank was leaking, it had been repaired once from the looks of it. The best part is trying to take a shower with not a drop of hot water. This was after running it for more than 10 minutes thinking it had a long way to get there. Will never suggest this place for anyone

The room and entire hotel smelled like smoke. Our room smelled like mold and smoke, almost left immediately. Pool over crowded, above what exceeeded limit stayed. Front desk very helpful. Would not recommend

We are completely non-smoking hotel, and guests who choose to disregard this policy, are asked to leave. I also want to apologize, for the overcrowding, we have one of the largest hotels and atrium's in town and I understand, it can be hassle on event or certain weekends when it's a full house. We value your business, and again apologize for falling to meet your expectations.

The room was tastefully refurbished, and with a large 46" TV. The pool area was huge and beautiful with all the natural light from the atrium roof. Breakfast was great, staff was super friendly! 😊
