Loved the property and its location, however the expedia listing said there was self serve laundry facilities on site and a gym. There was neither. The staff was helpful in offering to send out for laundry service and helping us find a laundromat. However, two of the reasons we booked this hotel was because we could do our own laundry on site and the gym. Disappointing, but more of an Expedia issue that anything with the hotel.

From the moment we walked through the doors we knew we had made the right choice. Staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful in every way. Our rooms were immaculate and comfortable which made for the perfect night’s sleep - and breakfast was superb! We especially enjoyed our complementary coffee and pastry in the afternoon. Shower area poorly constructed. No shower stall. Floor not tilted properly for water to flow quickly into the drain. So the floor of the bathroom gets very wet after a shower. Tiles are glossy, the floor just becomes slippery and the whole bathroom unpleasant to use afte4.
