This beautiful coastal home is the perfect oasis for families, guy's fishing trip, girl's getaway and excellent for large groups. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that accommodates 16 but with room for everyone to have their own space. It is located directly across from Shell Point Beach with exquisite views of the gulf. This home was built in 2019 for our growing family but for other families to make memories as well. The main floor has an open floor plan. As you enter from the covered porch into the living area it flows on into the dining and kitchen area. The living area has a 50” TV and wonderful views of the gulf. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area has seating for 8+.
The master bedroom and bath are on the main floor with a king bed and 40" TV. The bedroom has an entrance from the covered porch with a view of the gulf and the canal.
Upstairs you will find 4 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, 2 bedrooms with a queen bed each. There’s a bunk room for the kids with 2 twin over full bunks and an additional twin with twin trundle. Plenty of space for everyone and privacy for couples.
The location is hard to beat. We are directly across the street from the beach with unobstructed views of the gulf. On the beach you will find a volleyball court, playground for the kids, several pavilions and bathrooms for your convenience. The back side of our home is directly across from the boat ramp which is very convenient for boat launching. You are welcome to bring your boat and there is plenty of parking for a trailer at our property.
There is a covered porch on the front and a deck area on the side. This is the perfect place to enjoy the sunrise with your coffee or the breathtaking sunsets in the evening.
For your convenience there is a cargo lift for getting luggage and groceries up and a concrete area underneath for parking or outside entertaining.
All linens are provided, ample supply of towels, toilet tissue and paper towels. Laundry room with full sized washer and dryer with all the laundry essentials.
Children are more than welcome but pets are not allowed. This is also a non-smoking home and smoking is not allowed inside.
