Wow! Talk about an excellent location, view and overall comfort! We had an excellent time- relaxed in the tub, enjoyed the fireplace, watched the ocean waves and walked on the Beautiful beach! We really had a great time were so comfortable!

House was extremely clean upon arrival. Kitchen is well stocked. We had some trouble with the code initially but the POC was extremely responsive and made the process simple. Beautiful spot on the beach with fantastic views. Olivia, Patrick and co were easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Another wonderful week. Our 3rd year staying. We keep coming back. Beach location is so ideal, especially for kids. Huge deck for morning coffee. Great access to OGT for dinner. We love it here.

If you are looking to stay at a house right on the beach then this is a great location on a wonderful beach. However, for the steep price of the rental, there were many issues that were very frustrating. I find the 10/10 rating impossible to believe. The floors were so dirty our feet were black within minutes. There was a you know what stain in a toilet. All the door screens in the house were broken. Outdoor bushes were so overgrown you could barely use the path to the outdoor shower. Tub stopper was broken. Whole place had lots of wear that were not depicted in the pictures (which were clearly outdated) Finally in the middle of our stay, we had a sulfur smell that was so severe we had to evacuate our rental for a few hours and the fire department had to come and ensure there was no gas leak. Luckily it wasn’t gas but it was found out later to be a sewer issue that the owners were unable/unwilling to fix during our stay. So we were left to deal with occasional sewer smells when flushing toilets. We were offered a 350 refund as well as a refund of our cleaning fee but this was only a small fraction of the cost of our trip and the stress of our stay. Renters beware.

The best of everything

It’s not often you find a vacation property that checks all the boxes, but this is it. The comfortable and sizable property, the amenities (it has everything you could possibly need at a beach house and then some), the incredible location, the diligent owners and their amazing communication and service - it’s all five stars. This is a very special place that we always hate to leave and that we hope to visit for years to come.

Breathtaking views

Lovely home directly on the beach where we were able to make incredible memories. This home has absolutely everything you could possibly want from a kite to fly to multiple beach chairs to every possible toy that your children would wanna play with including adults. The kitchen is outfitted with great appliances a gas grill on the deck with piped in propane. There truly is very little that you would need or want when you stay in this home. The owner is extremely responsive. I did have to reach out to her for one minor thing and within moments not even minutes moments she replied back I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or re-rent this property five stars all the way I would say the only thing that I would suggest is an enclosed outdoor shower that would be my only suggestion there is an outdoor shower, but it’s not enclosed.

Family vacation

We loved our stay in Wells! From my 88yr-old mother to our grandchildren, the house was perfect. My mom had a bedroom and bathroom with accessible shower on main level where she could access deck. We had the deck, a lower level to sit and the amazing beach and ocean. We had everything we needed and Olivia was always responsive to questions. Just waiting to go back next year!

Perfect spot for Women's Weekend

This was a great place for six women to reconnect. Plenty of room for everyone to gather. Well equipped kitchen. Spectacular views of the sunrise over the beach. Uncrowded winter walks on the beach are the best - we did one every day.
