We have a comfortable 1-bedroom apartment for you in the center of this town for max. 4 people (double bed or single beds) Delight yourself in the shared and really quiet solarium (only one neighbor), on the next floor. This terrace with BBQ, it's a special place for sunbathing, having panoramic views of all Benalmadena.

Benalmadena Pueblo village is a must-see when you come to the Costa del Sol. A charming town with many corners to discover.
Located on the first floor (it is necessary to climb stairs because there is no elevator in the building), our place is spacious, bright, newly renovated, comfortable, and disposes of all the details for you to spend a pleasant stay.
We have 2 covered parking spaces available for guests.
The apartment consists of a twin bedroom (double bed or twin beds) with a balcony and a built-in wardrobe, large living room with sofa bed for two extra persons, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub and a terrace of 6 square meters at the level of the living room.

There is a hair dryer, an iron, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
A few steps from our apartment there are plenty of restaurants, bars and good variety of stores.

There is a common terrace for a relaxing moment on the next floor from the apartment. There is only one neighbor, so you will rarely find other people there.
There is a shared attic terrace where you can enjoy the views, relax, sunbathe or prepare BBQ.
