Zeer gastvrij. Fijne locatie (niet druk, dichtbij supermarkt, bakker, pizzaria). Diverse ruimtes, fijne pooltafel.Contact met eigenaar en beheerder verliep soepel. Alleen bij aankomst was de locatie onduidelijk. Het straatnummer is 21, Casa Noel.

Heerlijk huis op een fantastische locatie

We waren er een week in februari met 12 personen. Voor dit huis was dat heel goed te doen. Het heeft een grote tuin waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. Enige minpuntje was dat het huisnummer niet overeenkwam met het adres.

Belle découverte de l Ile Ténerife

La maison est spacieuse est bien situĂ©e. La literie de qualitĂ© variable selon les lits et le mĂ©nage non soignĂ©. Les sanitaires propres mais pas la cuisine. Cela ne vaut pas les 290 euros de frais de mĂ©nages comptĂ©s.L adresse communiquĂ©e n'est pas exacte: belle frayeur alors que l hote ne repondait pas aux messages et qu il avait rĂ©clamĂ© la veille du depart 500e de cash pour la garantie deja payĂ©e. A l arrivĂ©e la signature d 1 contrat Ă©tait demandĂ©e avec des frais de linges , de sauna, d arrivee avant 16h. Ce qui n etait pas conforme Ă  l annonce. Visiblement les hĂŽtes n avaient pas les mĂȘmes modalitĂ©s de contrat en Àllemange que nous en France.La communication n a pas Ă©tĂ© aisĂ©e avec l hĂŽte qui n a pas repondu facilement aux messages. J attends toujours de savoir comment se passe le menage de sortie. Heureusement sur place un monsieur gere l acceuil et est sympathique et donne confiance.Nous sommes partis ce matin en laissant la maison avec le mĂ©nage fait.La maison n en reste pas moins bien situĂ©e , et adaptĂ©e Ă  recevoir 2 familles de 5 Ă  conditions de partager 1 des grandes chambres avec 1 chambre enfants. La casa estå bien, muy grande aunque algo descuidada. Había juguetes para los niños y eso genial. El mayor problema es que había dos habitaciones que no tenían entrada independiente y había poca intimidad
