You must follow the NSW Code of Conduct for short term rentals. No Noise before 8am and after 10pm. No soap products in the spa.
No pets allowed on beds and couches and clean after you pets. Cleaning fees of $100 are requested if you want to use the BBQ and not clean it.
No wet towels on beds. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult in the gym. Guests are required to clean the gym equipment after use.

The house was clean and tidy, amazing sets of things to do - games, puzzles, books etc - to keep you entertained even if it's bad weather. Spa is pristine and serviced. The house is wonderful. Just laying eyes on the lovely backyard area gave us immediate good vibes. It's obvious the hosts have taken particular care to make things pleasant and easy. We appreciated that there was loads of glassware, cutlery, bowls etc in the kitchen to handle any need.

Fantastic holiday house

This is the best holiday house we have ever found - it has so much to offer for a large family or a couple of couples, so well equipped,super clean,everything nicely labelled and in great condition, manuals available for every appliance. The beach is right around the corner. And its dog friendly!! Plus the owners are very lovely and quick to respond to messages :) highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time. Even with rain there was just much to do and entertain at the house that we didn't mind. Culburra surf was rough and had bluebottles but it was a short trip to gorgeous Callalla.
