The apartment opens onto a spacious, bright living area that leads to the master bedroom and the terrace, creating a seamless and welcoming flow.

The 60 m² terrace is fully equipped to enjoy the sun and the sea view: large dining table, lounge area with pergola, sun loungers, and barbecue. Oriented for the sunrise, it offers the perfect setting for meals or unforgettable moments of relaxation.

The master bedroom features a double bed and is double-facing with sea views, overlooking both the terrace and the port of El Kantaoui.
