Renovated apartment, kept cleaned, nice and spacious kitchen with all you need to cook a great meal, 55inch plasma with Netflix,Hulu and prime available, great neighborhood, on a one way street with very little traffic, perfect if your trying to get around Boston or trying to pay your college kids a visit from out of town or visiting other historic sight then this is the place for you, we are close by the Freedom trail which is rich with history, also short drive to TD garden for special events.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was stocked with all of the basics that we needed. It is a good, quiet location for all of your adventures in Boston. The house has been updated with dyi projects. The floors, kitchen counters and table were sticky. It is probably the cleaning detergent used, as the house was clean. We wiped it with Clorox wipes and it helped with the stickiness. We would stay here again.

My opinion is prior reviews are untrue

Stayed with 6 girlfriends and we barely had room to fit us all. The only thing to sit on is the couch/bed in photo a tiny bench or two flimsy kitchen stools. Property itself was filthy with garbage cans everywhere and dog poop that sat in front walkway. Our host did not contact me what so ever and I had to reach out 3 times to him until he finally responded the night before to let us know how to enter property. He also did not contact me when I had questions. Only did so when we left after our stay. You can tell the place is a "work in progress" and owner is trying to fix up. 2 of the Bedrooms are nice as well as bathroom but the room withe the Loft bed? One tiny push and you are going to break the gate and take a nice fall. Not secure at all. We made the best of it but would not stay again.

We ordered for 10 adults but ended up having 9 adults. Beds were not enough. Towels, tissues and toilet papers were sufficient which is a plus. Maybe Vrbo should consider asking if the visitors include a senior citizen as it would prompt the need for rental property to be on the first floor. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment had plenty of room in an older building that had been somewhat upgraded. It had no A/C as was advertised and only 2 ceiling fans, 1 in the living room and 1 in the largest bedroom. Beds we’re comfortable, but two rooms had limited furnishings. The kitchen was limited as there was no dishwasher and minimal place settings of dishes/flatware. Linens and towels were very adequate but no dish towels were included so it was difficult to dry dishes that had been hand washed. We would probably not stay here again.

Cozy apartment

We enjoyed our stay in Boston and this location was great! The apartment was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and only a few blocks from some good food options and small stores. There are no pictures shown but there is a third bedroom and the sleeping space is lofted. Would recommend this space to anyone looking to explore what Boston has to offer.

The apartment is clean and located on the second floor of the classic old building in Boston. The staircase is well lit but not good for guest with mobility issues. There are no washer/dryer in the unit. The kitchen is set up with adequate cooking utensils.The host is responsive to inquiries.

Amazing Experience!

We could not have been happier staying at this location. Everything was absolutely beautiful. Super clean space, shower/kitchen necessities included, so much room for everyone to sleep comfortably, very close to many restaurants and fun activities, and a extremely fast response time from the property manager. This property was even better than we expected. If we ever go back to Boston we are sure to book here again!
