WE DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE!!! Inundated around ENTIRE facility as well as parking area by the HOMELESS and DRUG USERS! Because there was NO visible Best Western sign on the property, finding the hotel was extremely difficult.

Not a great part of town. Weird layout and hard to navigate surrounding areas. Grateful for parking. Complimentary breakfast was very nice -- the staff who manages it was friendly and very efficient and attentive!

Did not like the location of this hotel. It was noisy, since the there was a hospital a few blocks down the road. The neighborhood was not very safe. There was a homeless shelter across the street and a meth (drug) clinic nearby. Every day homeless individuals were panhandling at the intersection or others were getting sick. Had I known this ahead of time, I would never have chosen this hotel.

Didn't even stop, later found out this location is known as methadone mile. Super sketchy location

Great hotel, beautiful, clean rooms with comfy beds. Friendly staff too! Only downside is the neighborhood is a little sketchy but we had zero problems.

This hotel is in the scary part of town. People passed out everywhere. The drug use was visible as we were escorted from the parking lot across the street to the hotel. The hotel was nice inside and it was nice that they provided ear plugs so you could kind of drown out the yelling and screaming from the homeless and druggies during the night. At one point the police came by and people scattered, but came back soon after. When we arrived there was a woman being pinned against the wall by a man and he was yelling at her and threatening to kill her. My wife asked the security if he was going to do anything and he just acted like it was not big deal. I would never go back to this hotel. I reserved for 2 nights and asked to be able to leave the second night and cancel the reservation. They refused and we went somewhere else. Guess this is how they make money. Regardless of the nice room. Don't stay here..... Really it is scary. Reminded me of a zombie movie. We left early the next day and there were people laying around everywhere and needles and crack pipes in the parking lot and in front of the hotel. I will say the room was nice, but we didn't sleep much, even with the complementary ear plugs. Not a place to stay for the faint of heart. If you enjoy the zombie apocalypse feeling, this is a great place to stay.. just don't bring kids.
