Tolle Lage, großrĂ€umige und sehr gepflegte Wohnung. Zu bemĂ€ngeln ist, dass innerhalb einer Woche der allgemein ĂŒbliche Badetuchwechsel nicht erfolgt. Deshalb 4 statt 5 Sterne.

Sehr schöne zentrale Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, so dass alles wunderbar zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Sehr angenehm war auch, dass die Wohnung im 3. Stock ĂŒber einen Fahrstuhl zu erreichen war. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr großzĂŒgig geschnitten und bietet fĂŒr 2 Personen sehr viel Platz. Auch die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Alles war genauso, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Der kleine Balkon ist absolut ausreichend fĂŒr 2 Personen, StĂŒhle waren da und man konnte morgens seinen ersten Kaffee mit Blick aufs Meer genießen. Sehr gern buchen wir die Wohnung noch einmal.

Posthus #303

Die sehr gerĂ€umige DG-Wohnung ist zentral (NĂ€he Bahnhof) in der FußgĂ€ngerzone gelegen und nur 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Trotz allem ruhig. Eine Seite ist bietet einen (sehr) kleinen, nicht ĂŒberdachten Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer, die andere Seite Blick auf den Leuchtturm und die FußgĂ€ngerzone. Es gibt einen großen Aufzug. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich. Der Strand ist sauber, sehr weitlĂ€ufig und liegt gegenĂŒber der Seehundbank. In der FußgĂ€ngerzone gibt es auch die Möglichkeit per Pferdekutsche eine Inselrundfahrt zu buchen. Schade ist der Mindestaufenthalt in der FeWo. Wir wĂŒrden Borkum sonst öfter besuchen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Haus liegt in einer super Lage. Sehr kinderfreundlich. Die Wohnungen sind sehr schön. Ich kann dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Wohnungen im Obergeschoss sind mit einem Aufzug super zu erreichen.

Über den DĂ€chern Borkums...

Schönes und offenes Appartment, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt (#303). Trotz der "City-Lage" in der FussgĂ€ngerzone ruhig gelegen. Das fĂŒr die Objektbetreuung zustĂ€ndige Ehepaar Zander ist megaherzlich und hilfsbereit - bei allen Fragen und Anliegen. Wir haben uns bei ihnen sehr gut aufgehoben gefĂŒhlt. In der Gesamtbewertung gab es einen Stern Abzug, da das Bett kein Kingsize-Bett war (vgl. Beschreibung), sondern maximal (!) Queensize. Und 20cm können schon einen Unterschied machen... ;)

Perfekte Stadtwohnung

Die Lage dieser großen Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Wir haben in der dritten Etage (mit Meerblick und Aufzug) gewohnt; es war sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und freundlich eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zur Verwalterin war super nett.

Schöne Wohnung in Strand- und City-NÀhe

Super Wohnung im Herzen Borkums. Alle GeschĂ€fte die man im Urlaub so braucht liegen in unmittelbarer NĂ€he (Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkt, Bekleidung). Der Strand ist in 3 min. erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist mit Balkon, KĂŒche, Fernseher und W-LAN prima ausgestattet. FĂŒr das Koffer-Schleppen ins dritte Obergeschoss wird man mit einem Blick aufs Meer und auf Borkums SeehundbĂ€nke belohnt.

GerÀumige Wohnung in zentraler Lage mit Meerblick

Leider gab es einige krasse MissstÀnde bzgl. vorheriger Endreinigung, die teils in Eigenregie, teils durch die Verwaltung vor Ort behoben wurden. Der Bitte um einen zweiten Balkonstuhl wurde auch entsprochen, so dass wir ab dem 3. von 12 Aufenthaltstagen zufrieden waren.
