Horrible water pressure and hot water issues. Lobby and elevator area smells like sewage and gasoline. Hard to control thermostat and nearly impossible to get a comfortable temperature. Tv didn’t work and 3 remotes with no luck. Breakfast is decent.

I stayed there a few times over the years and they continue to make improvements. Some things are the same and they should be. They just recently added an elevator, which makes it really convenient because the weather is so hot. All the rooms have been upgraded very comfortable Nice amenities and the air-conditioning works fabulously. Really nice fire dancing dinner show that even attracts attention from people passing by. Get there early and get a good seat.

The food was good. The room was nice, with a balcony. It was a bit of a hike from the main street, but there was a market there. Occasionally it was very noisy with a band, other times very quiet. I liked it, and was very happy to be able to book it on short notice, and still get a nice room.

Noisy construction at the pool area (which is barely usable anyway). Elevator out of service. Doors to balcony and to the hallway would not properly close. Loud live music until midnight every day. Breakfast OK. This property cannot be accessed by any motorized vehicle. Had to walk (with my luggage) through a small and dirty back alley in the rain.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Red Coconut Boracay was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Station 2, with stunning beachfront views and easy access to everything. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a cozy island vibe. The pool was a great place to relax, and the beachfront restaurant served delicious food and refreshing cocktails. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and tropical paradise, this is the place to be! Highly recommended!

This place has a great location by the beach. You can literally just walk out of the hotel and onto the beach. The staff are very helpful and the hotel restaurant is very good. We had breakfast included during our stay and it was well worth it with a wide choice of options. And you get to see a fire dance each evening. We were in room 402 which had a beautiful view of the ocean. The one minor issue was the low water pressure in the shower. Though we managed fine. It definitely made our stay in Boracay even more enjoyable having this hotel as our base. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Boracay again.
