The property is too big and the transportation within the resort is extremely poor. It takes too long and you’re treated like cattle. Secondly, I got food poisoning from their cafe on the first day. And the free breakfast has very poor selection. The private beach has section that is full of garbage

Faded glory. Petty. Told us we couldn’t bring in outside food. Only gave us two towels for room. Made us sign we agree to new normal which meant some pools and restaurants closed despite website not mentioning that a month ago when reservation was made.

The whole place was absolutely beautiful. We alao used their hotel transfer and that was an experience to have a dedicated welcome centre and beach launch to get to Boracay. The check in was seemless with welcome drinks. The rooms were modern and clean. I thoroughly enjoyed the amenities. The foam party was a blast for the kids. The private beach and infinity pool was beautiful. Shuttle services around the resort was always made available. The only negative was not being able to experience their other pool with the beach and bar because it was under maintenance from the storm so we will definitely be back here.

For a 4 star hotel, you did not have the basic things available in your room. For example, I had to call and ask for face towels. Only 1 medium size towel in the room with large towels. You should have 1 small towel, medium and large towels for each guest. I had to ask for tissue. I asked for lotion but none came so I guess not available. The hand soap in the bathroom was almost empty when we arrived on our first day. Had to ask for refill. When asked to clean the room after 2 days, toilet paper was refilled but housekeeping didn't even bother to put it in the roll. Just left 2 toilet paper sitting on the bathroom counter. Very disappointed. Buffet breakfast was horrible. Many choices of carbohydrates (2 rice and potatoes) and processed meats, 3 different types of eggs, no vegetables and only 2 fruits option. I complained to a staff about lack of vegetables. She asked for my room # and told me they will make me stir fried vegetables the next day. Nothing happened of course! For a tropical country, you should have a lot of fruits And vegetable options. Also, we were always waiting for clean glasses. Always never clean glasses for the juice and water. We went to the SPA. Spa bathroom was dirty and smelled bad. It did not feel like a 4 star resort. But I will say that all the staff were very friendly. The resort is beautiful and large with multiple pools. Infinity pool with the private beach was gorgeous. And only a few restaurants open. Not 10.

The breakfast options could be a bit more diverse or have some new items to try. It started to feel repetitive after enjoying the same meals for four days, and a little variety might make mornings more exciting.
