It's a solid value hotel. Not fancy, but clean and convenient for our short stay in Booth Bay Harbor for a wedding.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. Room was clean, comfortable with good linens. There were many outdoor areas to relax, sit and play which were nice & clean but the picnic and tables & chairs were not; instead they were unclean, stained and some old in need of replacement.

Great distance to Yarmouth Ferry. Quiet,clean, nice breakfast, comfortable beds staff very sweet. Only wished there was a pool and hot tub. (Lol)
