Worst booking website ever used

I did not get to stay there because I booked with Hotels.com and doing so they required me to have a deposit on top of the reservation ticket I got through yall. I was unaware of the deposit and I did not have it to give them. Therefore, I wasted my with y'all and was not able to get it refunded. So thanks a lot for just taking my money..won't happen again!

The air conditioning was not sufficient in the rooms and the beds were hot. It was horrible to spend the night there. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Lady at the front office knocks on the door 15 minutes before checkout time. Very rude and kept knocking as I told her to give a second. Dirty rooms. Curtain had dirty spots also headboard.

This hotel was not good! The security lock didnt work, the towels were dingy, there was dirty marks on the conforters, fridge and microwave didnt work. They charge 40$ MORE for a smoke FREE room than smoking. Usually the other way around. The stairs to go upstairs were rickity metal spiral set... I felt like a grown adult playn in the kiddie part of McDonalds! Was super loud with the road noise. Will NOT be back again.
