This bright light flooded ground floor apartment (50 sqm) is conveniently located in Königswinter-Oberdollendorf, directly below the vineyards.

The apartment with separate entrance has a large living / dining / kitchen area about 35 square meters including modern kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower and a separate bedroom.

The apartment is rented furnished. Underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth and a controlled Wohnungsbelüfung for a pleasant climate. The apartment also has a large southwest-facing approx 12 sqm terrace with access from the kitchen. The apartment has an internet connection. The apartment has a parking space in front of the front door.

The apartment is non-smoking. In case of violations of the smoking ban a cleaning fee of 300 € will be charged to ensure a perfect condition for subsequent guests.

Very nice apartment for discovering Bonn and surroundings

A good place for discovering Bonn and surroundings. Lots of interesting places nearby such as Drachenfells, Schlesienhaus, Kloster Heisterbach, etc. Spacy well equiped apartment with private parking spot and nice sunny terrace in a quiet neighbourhood. Shower keeps temperature very well. Less enthusiastic about mattress (too soft and too thin). The availability of the washing machine and dryer is a little bit complicated as you have to share it with the owner.

HIER MUSS MAN MAL GEWESEN SEIN

Die FW ist sehr geräumig, modern, praktisch, gemütlich und bis ins kleinste Detail ausgestattet, Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel direkt unter den Weinbergen mit guter Anbindung von Strassenbahn und Zug in alle Richtungen. Auch ausreichend Wanderwege können von der Wohnung aus starten. Einkausmöglichkieten und idyllische Weinlokale runden das Komplettpaket ab. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und erfüllt jeden Wunsch ! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und die 8 Tage waren mit tollen Unternehmungen rundum gefüllt! Sehr zu empfehlen !

Ruhige Lage mit toller Ausstattung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen und ruhigen Ortsteil, im Sommer hat man den ganzen Tag Sonne satt auf der kleinen Terrasse. Durch die intelligente Belüftungsanlage und die elektrischen Rollläden bleibt im Sommer die Hitze dennoch draußen, sodass die Wohnung schön kühl bleibt. Besonders komfortabel sind der Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung und die Lage zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (5 Minuten mit dem Auto). Die Ausstattung der Wohnung bietet alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Da wir mit kleinem Kind (2 Jahre) unterwegs waren hat uns besonders die Aufmerksamkeit der Gastgeberin, Yelena, gefreut. So wurde uns zum Beispiel ungefragt ein Kinderstuhl und Spielzeug in der Wohnung bereitgestellt. Die Kommunikation mit Yelena war unkompliziert, zügig (per App, weil sie selbst im Urlaub war) und verbindlich.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit wunderbarer Vermieterin

Der Aufenthalt in Königswinter war großartig. Die Wohnung war sauber, sowie ordentlich und modern eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin Yelena ist sehr offen und herzlich. Offene Wünsche hat sie innerhalb kürzester Zeit erfüllt und hat den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich gestaltet, auch weil die Kommunikation sehr einfach und schnell ging. Auch bei aufgetretenen Fragen hat Yelena alles möglich gemacht. Alles in allem kann ich die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen und würde definitiv wieder kommen, sollte ich wieder in der Gegend sein.
