This beautiful, remodeled home, located in Bolton Landing, is the perfect place to spend your next vacation. The main floor features a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with an ensuite. The living room and dining room both feature sliding glass doors giving you access to the deck with beautiful views of Lake George. The main floor bedroom features two twin-over-full bunk beds. The second floor features two large bedrooms, each with an ensuite. Both bedrooms have a king bed. Step outside through the French doors onto the balcony, relax, and enjoy the views and sunshine.

This home also offers a private BBQ grill and fire pit. Perfect for grilling up some yummy food or roasting marshmallows! This home is pet friendly, bring along your four-legged friend, for a small fee, dogs only. Must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card

Dock space is available if you rent a boat from Chic’s Marina. There are also jet skis and a ski school/ full-service marina all within walking distance. Please Contact Chic’s Marina to check availability. There are public beaches very close in both directions, and the town of Bolton is only about a mile away from shops, restaurants, and events. Whatever you are looking for, this home is just minutes away from all the action, or just sit back and soak in all the fantastic views of Lake George!

The house was perfectly located for a fall stay. Lovely view, great food right across the street. Short drive or 15 minute walk to town/park. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the outside fire pit was a wonderful place to spend the evenings.

Long weekend getaway

Great 11 days!

We had a great stay at the Lakeview Villa! We enjoyed the great outdoor seating options and ate and hung out in all of them. Enjoyed nights of card playing on the long inside table. Bathrooms and kitchen have been recently redone and had everything we needed. Views of the lake are fabulous from the house. The only item I would have wanted to have more of a heads up on, is the Keurig Coffee machine. A very hip option but we don’t have one at home so needed to buy those to utilize on this trip. It turned out great because we loved the coffee.. this house is near to everything and really provided great options for shopping, restaurants and boating (Chics Marina is across the street).

Great house, beautiful area

We had a great time with 4 adults and 4 teenagers at this rental. With 3 full bathrooms and two master suites, we were all comfortable and had room to spread out. The house was spotless and the views of the sunrise from the deck was gorgeous. Owner was always responsive and we had everything we needed. Road runs in front of the house and can be a little busy but it didn’t bother us. Would stay again!

Daughter’s 21st Birthday Celebration

We enjoyed spending the weekend at your beautiful property. Was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Beautiful view of the lake - even saw a gorgeous sunrise! Would highly recommend!
