Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig in Nähe des Strands, alle notwendigen Einrichtungen wie z.B. Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar! Leider ist die Wohnung 13 für Behinderte und ältere Menschen nicht besonders gut erreichbar - hier ist der hohe Einstieg in die Dusche und der rutschige Boden in der Dusche sehr hinderlich! Die Wohnung an sich ist akzeptabel, es fehlt aber ein Flaschenöffner, Dosenöffner und Korkenzieher, sowie ein Haushaltsmesser! Leider müssen auch die Betten vom Mieter selbst bezogen werden! Die Fleckenschutzbezuege der Betten fühlen sich kalt und feucht an!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, Haushaltsgeräte funktionieren(E-Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler). Eine Waschmaschine ist nicht im Appartement aufgestellt. Terrasse geht zur Durchgangsstraße hinaus. Das ist wegen des wenige Meter von dem Gebäude entfernten rollenden Verkehrs schwierig. Wir haben aber viel dort gesessen und waren durch den Hinweis von anderen Urlaubern darauf vorbereitet. Die Tiefgarage liegt unter dem Gebäude. Unser Hund durfte auch mit. Dieser Fakt war für uns der Grund, die Wohnung für eine Woche Strandurlaub, keine fünf Minuten entfernt, zu mieten.

Obwohl die Lage von Likedeeler toll ist (Entfernung zum Strand, Zugang zur Mittelpromenade, Edeka fußläufig erreichbar), stört bei Wohnung 13 doch etwas die Nähe zur viel befahrenen Ostseeallee. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ansprechend eingerichtet.
