The B&B *Fuori dai Coppi* is located inside the historic Palazzo Pepoli Vecchio, in the heart of the Quadrilatero. To reach the elevator, it is necessary to climb about 20 steps, therefore the property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or for travelers carrying large and heavy luggage.

The accommodation features a private entrance, a living area with a sofa bed and an additional fold‑out bed, while the double bedroom is directly connected to the bathroom. This layout makes the space ideal for families or close friends, as guests sleeping in the living area must pass through the double bedroom to access the bathroom.
The apartment is quiet, air‑conditioned in the living area, equipped with a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a minibar. Breakfast is included, and free Wi‑Fi is available via QR code.
