The room was very clean and well appointed. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful along with everyone else I came in contact with from housekeeping to security. Very nice staff. Rooms are very clean. However, be advised this hotel is directly across from Bologna Centrale. It is loud outside 24/7. Horns honking, people screaming all hours of the night and day. It is a very convenient location for using trains to travel. We did day trips to Milan, and Florence. However, the trade off is the noise in the area. Also, their buffet style breakfast was great as well.

It was Calle “a superior room”, but it was a normal nice hotel room, quite small. What bothered me that there was no hair conditioner nor body lotion provided. I would have expected that in a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was nice. The staff all around friendly.
