Cozy and well decorated one bedroom flat, located in Saragozza area, a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood just outside of Bologna historical city centre.
15 minutes walking distance to city centre (or less than 10 minutes by bus).
Shops, bars, grocery stores just round the corner. Easy to find street car parking nearby.
The flat features a double bedroom with very nice balcony, and a sofa bed in the living room, so it can host an extra child, or it's perfect for 2 people that don't want to share bedrooms, like colleagues on a work trip.
The flat features heating and air conditioning. Brand new and fully equipped kitchen with all appliances like coffee machine, toaster, kettle.
Hotel-like linens and towels are provided, as well as soap and shampoo.
Free Wi-Fi available.
