We had a great time, the welcome staff was wonderful. Rooms are more modern, but the balconies are tiny, old chairs with spider webs. The cleaning staff brought fresh towels, but did not replenish coffee or cups. Overall we had a wonder getaway weekend, thank you Bonnie Castle

We arrived for check-in at 2:55pm and the women at the desk told us that our room wasn't ready because check-in was at 3pm. The restaurant on premise didn't open until 5pm so we had to check back shortly. We went back at 3:30 and a different woman was at the desk who told our room wasn't ready because check-in was at 4pm! And the restaurant was closed for private events that day. Would have been nice if everyone was on the same page. The suite room on the first floor was a little run down. That building was convenient but, not quite worth the cost just for a jacuzzi tub. And out "patio" was basically in the parking lot with no view of the bay.
