Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced). Terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. 3.5 km long steep motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 7 km, restaurant 7 km, bar 7 km, bus stop 10 km, ferry 30 km, pebble beach, shingle beach 10 m. Surf school 20 km, tennis 20 km.
