Great hotel in an excellent location. Compared to other hotels in the area tho it was a little small and disorganized. This mattered more because we had a small child with us on our stay.

Good price for the location and amenities

I’ve stayed at NH Royal Pavillon for a couple of weeks each year over the past four years, and it’s always a great experience. The hotel is comfortable, visually appealing, and exceptionally well-located—just steps from Parque de la 93, a safe area with plenty of restaurants. Their staff, security team, front desk staff, and housekeeping are all professional, friendly, and attentive. Not a luxury hotel, but if you’re looking for a reliable, decent run hotel in Bogotá, this is an excellent choice. The only thing I would NOT recommend is adding their breakfast to your reservation! It is very basic and the same thing every day. Other than that I look forward to returning again next year!

Las habitación muy cómoda, el personal súper amable Eso si de 3 veces que me duché en 1 tuve agua caliente en las otras agua entre fría y muy fría La reserva no incluía el desayuno, por lo que solicité se incluyera, pero cometí el inmenso error de no preguntar cuento costaba Por que por 4 desayunos terminé pagando 223 mil pesos, una exageración. Con eso me voy a comer a un buen restaurante. Así que si la reserva no incluye el desayuno, salga a desayunar afuera, la relación costo/servicio no se justifica.
