The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. However, I was somewhat disappointed because I was staying on the third floor, but it seemed like the tube had broken or something, and they had to change me to three different rooms. Consequently, I had to keep changing my luggage.

The hotel was very nice. Seemed newly renovated. We had some issues with our room and they moved us to another room. A couple things I would note: - there is no heat in the rooms. When we were on the 2nd floor we found it cold. It was warmer when we moved to the 7th floor - I found staff’s attention to detail lacking. We had to move rooms because the shower overflowed, even after we asked it be fixed. There were a number of things loose/not working in our room, which implies the staff do not feel accountable for the hotel’s upkeep. Even when they changed our room, the safe had to be fixed in the new room - breakfast Buffett was lightly stocked. Some things ran out even 60-90 minutes before the end of service and were not replenished (eg yoghurt, cheese)
