La ubicacion para efectos de la embajada americana excelente, el personal super amable, servicial e informado, hay areas donde caminar pero no es muy centrico no hay tiendas ni fruterias, si hay sitios para comer y tomar sopas, es importante tomar en cuenta que no tienen calefacción y en las noches puede ser bastante frio, falta que agreguen una sala de estar o cocina donde tengan para la venta café, tes o chocolate caliente en los momentos que no puedes salir del hotel por el clima y haya frio.

Horrible stay. I booked for 4 people and got only one towel, a used toilet paper roll, ripped sheets and no breakfast, although on my reservation it said that breakfast was included.

1 star hotel at best. Plastic wrapped pillows and mattress - terrible! Tiny room with no place to open a bag. Tiny bathroom, not room to move. No heat! (Bogota is cold at night) Would never stay here again.

Booked and paid on Expedia but no rooms!

Rated this hotel bad because we never got to see the room unfortunately. Booked and paid for (and was charged in credit card) a room but when we arrived they said they were completely booked and didn’t have any rooms. Were Sent to another hotel nearby with no extra charge but you can still book a room tonight on Expedia for this hotel with no rooms.

Small nice confort hotel well located

I was delighted by this hotel. Nice area near a good shopping mall and the American Embassy. Staff is very helpful. Mrs. Maria let me have an early check in. safe area. I'll definitely come back if I have to go to Bogota. Thanks.

Great hotel for the price!

The hotel is very convienently located near the US Embassy in Bogota. It is simple, clean, functional, with amazing staff. The free breakfast included eggs made to order. The hotel wifi worked well. The room was clean. The linens were fresh. The staff was very helpful. Overall the hotel was a great value.

The worse place to stay.

Staff played loud music in the lobby all night as if you were in a night club. Did not change towels daily. Shower was horrible and dangerous. No refrigerator in the room, no cups to use, no phone in the room. No window with a view tof the street. They did not change the bedspread. The food was horrible. No air-conditioning, no heating unit. Fire hazard due to front door to the building not able to open when needed. Sink in the bathroom was small and leaking water under the counter.

Made reservation because proximity to El Dorado Airport. Staff made recommendation for breakfast at a corner bakery, great food. The room was very clean and it is in a safe neighborhood.
