Disappointed.

Good location opposite park but the kitchen was not well equipped , there is no heating or cooling at all and the restaurant was a big sell at checkin but failed to be open for dinner for my whole stay due to chef issues and not being open Monday or Tuesday in general. Food i had for lunch was average. Staff speak little English so it’s difficult to communicate and the front door is constantly locked making you feel very uncomfortable when returning to be locked out and needing to knock to be let in but they dont acknowledge immediately. Rubbish in the street nearby. For the price I would not stay here again!

The facilities location was excellent; it provides the big city feel with lots of shopping, restaurants and an atmosphere of tranquility with the green space across the street. All of the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the property.

Wasn’t my favourite hotel. Photos don’t match in person. The room they sent us too was either still being used or never cleaned. So I got a different room or had to wait a few hrs for it to be cleaned- it was already late at night. New room… had a smell and was not cleaned very well. Shower had quite a bit of mold. But the water pressure was very good. Beggars can’t be choosers I guess. Breakfast was large and good. Lots of options, eggs made fresh. Staff was friendly

A good hotel with a cheesy theme of it being Jazz. The hotel staff are friendly and some speak english. The rooms are spacious and rooms are cleaned well when requested. The only thing I didn't like is how loud you can hear people in the hallway by your door. Theres like no soundproof between that door from the hallway and will easily wake you up when people are talking. Also no amentied are provided like hygiene kits like tooth brush/paste, hair comb, shaving etc. Theyre extra but at a reasonable price. The location of the hotel is also nice and by the park where a lot of people visit. Also they have a parking garage elevator style but its quite small if you do rent a car and park. Overall if they provided amenities and soundproof doors, it would be a 5/5 for me.

Perfect stay in Bogota. Jazz is close to Zona Rosa but not too close Good breakfast, large well furnished rooms, friendly staff. I liked the park across the street and I'll stay here again.
