Good location, but can't recommend
For a night or two in Bogota, this hotel is fine. Location is convenient to the major tourist stops. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean. But there were problems. The staff just isn't very knowledgeable. They gave me incorrect times about when Monserrate closed and when the ticket office opens at the Salt Cathedral. Those are two of the absolute biggest attractions in Bogota, so that was especially disappointing. There's no AC, which may be fine most days given Bogota's weather, but I had sunny and hot days and the combo of no AC, thin blinds, and east facing windows meant my room heated up very quickly to an unpleasant level. The WiFi was very spotty which just shouldn't happen.

The hotel staff was great. They were helpful when we needed to leave our bags there for the day before checking in in the afternoon. The hotel was clean and while the room was a bit stuffy, they gave us a fan upon request. The hotel is very conveniently located to the central tourist attractions in Bogota, which made getting around very easy. I gave this a four star because I just don't think that I would recommend a friend to stay here. While it was fine for an evening, it just didn't have a lot of character and didn't have some basic things that you expect from a hotel (such as a coffee maker).

This property is right at the center, you literally do not need a taxi as you can pretty much walk to almost everything. The staffs were nice and friendly, rooms were clean and spacious. Lots of restaurants and attractions/activities nearby. It’s in a busy area, so ask for a room with a window not facing the street if you want a quiet room. I would stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel.

Good clean hotel, checking in can be improved
Loved it, however they should find a way to speed up the checking in process. After all my information ( name etc) should be there in the system , instead of just verifying, they started re entering all data which seems outdated.
