The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The room was clean, water pressure was wonderful. Breakfast had many great options. The only thing we ended up not liking was how the toilet was set up, with a glass door and no fan. The tub was large and there was plenty of hot water. There was one evening when we didn't have water for a couple hours, the water pump wasn't working. But the staff were very accommodating, and it was repaired quickly. Location was really great. Close to two big malls, good restaurants and at least one park. Very safe neighborhood, active all day and evening, fun to walk.

We lived our stay at BOG! Staff are lovely, the room was beautiful and I can’t say how much we appreciated the incredible shower! Breakfast was one of my favourite meals in Colombia- avocado toast that was a work of art. I hope I have the chance to return.
