The bathroom was in bad condition; there was only one towel, no shampoo or conditioner. I requested a room with two double beds and they gave me one with four small ones. They offer airport shuttle service, but we had to pay for it.

Staff allowed us to keep our room for an extra hour free of charge. The hotel is close to the airport. No hot water and Bogotá is a cold place. Beds were super comfy. We went down for breakfast but they had pretty much finished serving 20 minutes before breakfast was supposed to finish. We got some eggs but couldn’t get any other food

Very close to the airport and the hotel connects you to the drivers who were very diligent and punctual. The hotel staff was extremely helpful ans supportive with my dad during a recent trip.
