The hotel has everything location, good value and the breakfast is amazing. The bad is: - you can hear the noise outside wether you are in the rooms of the front or the back. - if you are in the room of the back you can smell the food every morning from the restaurant from the street behind and the noise as well all night - if you are in the rooms of the front you can hear the noise in the morning of everything people, trucks etc - the mattress is horrible

Greet hotel in a great neighborhood, close to everything. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious.

Hotel pequeño, muy bien ubicado a dos cuadras de la la Zona, area residential muy tranquila y segura, frente a un pequeño supermercado Carulla, incluía desayuno bastante complete, los cuartos de tamaño regular, pero limpios, personal arable y brindan estacionamiento al que lo necesitase. No tiene aire acondicionado, lo cual no se necesita en Bogotá, si no te hosted as en un área muy bellicoosa, especialmente los fines de semana, este hotel era así con algo, pero poco ruido del exterior. Precio calidad excelente.

I want to start by saying that the location is amazing! It is close to the main mall, restaurants and pharmacies. And honestly in my case the staff was very nice and pleasant. I do have to say the bed is very very hard, and the pillows stiff and at the night the hotel was very loud. I dont know if i had bad luck pero I could all the conversations going on, the people stomping up and down the stairs, doors slamming which made it hard to sleep.

Nice rooms...great location and service

Very nice stay. All of the staff were very courteous, professional and friendly. The free breakfast is very good with eggs how you like... breads.... juice...coffee...hot chocolate... and a very nice selection of fruits prepared and ready to serve. No AC or Heater... not too big of an issue in Bogota for me.

Nos encantó el trato del personal y el desayuno. La ubicación es excelente, ya que se encuentra en una zona turística de Bogotá ideal para recorrer a pie. Sin embargo, notamos algunos aspectos que podrían mejorar: el piso de la habitación estaba extremadamente lleno de polvo, algunas toallas estaban rotas, y el coste del IVA no se especifica en la descripción de la plataforma de Expedia, sino que se informa después de realizar la reserva. Además, para este último pago, no aceptan dólares y en efectivo me solicitaron pagarlo en pesos colombianos directamente en el hotel el día del check-in.

Nice area, good location, nice staff. The only thing we didn’t like was that the room was so cold and there is no thermostat in the room. Also there was a room listening to Eurovision music loudly at 3am and being so loud but that’s not the hotel’s fault.
