Willkommen in unserem gemütlichen Holzhaus in Bogel im Rhein-Lahn-Kreis. Auf rund 60m² bietet das freistehende Ferienhaus viel Ruhe, Privatsphäre und Natur auf einem eigenen, vollständig umzäunten Hanggrundstück. Es eignet sich besonders für Familien und Paare, ebenso für Handwerker, Monteure und beruflich Reisende. Auch längere Aufenthalte bis zu drei Monaten sind möglich.

Das Haus verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten in 160 x 200 cm und 140 x 200 cm, jeweils mit durchgehender Matratze. Regulär ist die Unterkunft für bis zu vier Erwachsene ausgelegt. Für Kinder stehen nach Absprache zusätzlich ein Kinderbett, ein Beistellbett und ein Baby-Reisebett bereit; ein Rausfallschutz ist ebenfalls verfügbar. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

Zur Ausstattung gehören eine Wohnküche mit Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine sowie Koch- und Essgeschirr. Dusche und WC befinden sich in getrennten Räumen. Im kleinen Waschraum stehen eine Waschmaschine, ein Waschbecken und Möglichkeiten zum Trocknen der Wäsche zur Verfügung. WLAN ist ab Oktober vorhanden. Der Fernseher empfängt Programme über DVB-T; es handelt sich nicht um einen Smart-TV.

Auf der Veranda und im kleinen, mehrstufigen Garten lässt sich die ruhige Umgebung genießen. Für Kinder gibt es einen Sandkasten. Zum Grillen steht ausschließlich ein Elektrogrill bereit. Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt am beziehungsweise vor dem Grundstück. Vom Parkplatz führen Treppen hinunter zum Haus; aufgrund des Hanggrundstücks ist die Unterkunft nicht barrierefrei. Kinder sollten draußen nicht unbeaufsichtigt bleiben.

Das Haus besitzt keine Zentralheizung. Geheizt wird mit einem Holzofen. Von Oktober bis März stehen zusätzlich elektrische Heizkörper und eine Klimaanlage im Heizbetrieb bereit; außerdem wird Starterholz zur Verfügung gestellt. Von April bis September ist Brennholz nicht inklusive und muss bei Bedarf selbst mitgebracht oder gekauft werden.

Der Check-in erfolgt kontaktlos über einen Schlüsseltresor ab 15 Uhr und ist nach vorheriger Absprache rund um die Uhr möglich. Der Check-out ist bis 12 Uhr. Die Gastgeber sind nicht vor Ort, aber bei Fragen erreichbar.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Drogerie, Gastronomie und Kino befinden sich im rund sieben Autominuten entfernten Nastätten. Rhein, Loreley, Burgen, Wanderwege und zahlreiche familienfreundliche Ausflugsziele liegen in der Umgebung. Durch die naturnahe Waldlage gehören Insekten, Tiergeräusche und die besondere Ruhe ausdrücklich zum Aufenthalt. Haustiere und Partys sind nicht erlaubt; ab 22 Uhr gilt Nachtruhe.
