Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage

Die Wohnung war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Meer sieht man seitlich vom Balkon. Es sind aber nur 3 Minuten zum Meer. Die Möbel sind schön, aber standard. Im zweiten Zimmer steht ein Bett, was eher für Kinder geeignet ist. Ein paar Wände könnten neue Farbe vertragen, dass ist meckern auf hohen Niveau. Was richtig doof war, dass wir extra aus Berlin angereist sind, wegen unserem Hund, da das böllern vor Ort verboten ist, leider hat sich daran niemand gehalten. Es wurde bereits ab dem 30.12 geknallt. Wer also mit Hund kein Böllern will, ist hier fehl am Platz. Empfehlen würde ich vor Ort die Pizzeria direkt an der Strandpromenade. Sehr nettes Personal und mega lecker essen.

Aufenthalt und Umgebung

Die Lage und Ausstattung der Unterkunft war sehr schön. Der Pool und Saunabereich ein Traum. Was sehr schade war, war dass wir keinerlei Möglichkeiten vor Ort zum Einkaufen hatten. Die Läden hatten alle nur Freitag -Sonntag geöffnet, evtl.einer auch Donnerstag, das half uns allerdings nicht, da wir von Dienstag bis Donnerstag dort waren. Leider mussten wir dies selbst herausfinden, da die Dame an der Rezeption uns darüber keine Auskunft geben konnte. Im Internet stand dass man in 3 Minuten Entfernung Frühstücken könnte, aber auch dies war leider nicht der Fall. Es gab nur 1 Eiscafé und ein Restaurant was geöffnet war. Sehr schade, dass wir diese Info vorher nicht hatten. Dann wären wir besser vorbereitet gewesen. Wäre das nicht gewesen, hätten wir volle Punktzahl gegeben

Gerne wieder

Wir hatten als Familie einen wunderbaren Urlaub hier! Highlight war natürlich der Pool, den wir täglich genutzt haben, und der Sauna-Bereich. Die FeWo ist super strandnah, und am Strand ist es trotz Hochsaison sehr entspannt gewesen. Es gibt Eisdiele, Pizzeria, Fischbrötchen, frische Brötchen morgens etc. in unmittelbarere Nähe. Top!!

Eher eine Basis- statt einer Luxuswohnung

Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet! Wir haben gut geschlafen in den Betten. Eine freundliche Vermieterin. Die Bezeichnung LUXUS entspricht nicht nur annährend dem Begriff! Die Ausstattung der Küche entspricht dem eines Basis-Haushaltes mit normalen Küchengeräten und Geschirr. Was bitte ist da die Luxus-Ausstattung gewesen? Irreführung und Locken von Interessenten ist die einzigste Absicht bei der Anzeige. Die Aussage zum Seitlichen Meerblick ist ebenso reinster Hohn. Es ist schade, wenn man als Kunde so dass Gefühl vermittelt bekommt verarscht zu werden, und dann nicht mehr wiederkommen mag. Warum nicht ehrlich inserieren, stattdessen so zu übertreiben…? Die Lage ist wunderbar. Am Strand und tolle Fahrradwege, die überall hinführen. Sehr schön. Dafür: null Infrastruktur für Einkauf;Restaurants drumherum. MfG

Sehr schöne und erholsame Tage!

Im Großen und Ganzen äußerst empfehlenswert. Schöne und ruhige Lage. Meer und Strand gleich vor der Tür. Appartments sind super. Pool und Wellnessbereich ausgezeichnet. Auch für sehr gut geeignet. Tiefgarage ist auch perfekt. Rezeption sehr freundlich. Leider existiert das interne Restaurant nicht. Des Weiteren sind einige Restaurants in der Zeit (März )geschlossen. Die umliegenden herrlichen Ortschaften (Bad Doberan, Heiligendamm, Kühlungsborn,Warnemünde, Rostock etc.) sind schnell zu erreichen.

insgesamt gut

war insgesamt sehr sehr schön zwei Bemerkungen: eine Begrüßungsmappe mit den wichtigsten Infos zum Objekt und zur Umgebung hat uns gefehlt der Pool im SPA Bereich wird leider von Familien mit Kindern als Schwimmbad benutzt, so dass an Entspannung zwischen tobenden und schreienden Kindern leider nicht zu denken ist… als wir darauf hingewiesen haben, wurde unser Anliegen lapidar mit dem Hinweis darauf, dass diese Gäste auch dafür bezahlt hätten, abgetan wenn das so sein soll, dann bitte in der Beschreibung darauf hinweisen, dasss es kein SPA ist, sondern ein allgemein genutzter Pool, mit SPA hatte das nämlich nichts zu tun unser Vorschlag: ab 18.00 Uhr den Bereich nur für Erwachsene freigeben… dann hätte man wenigstens 3 Std. am Abend, in denen Ruhe und Entspannung möglich wären

Meerblick ist ganz seitlich im 1. Stock nur marginal möglich. Die Ausstattung ist ganz normal. Nichts besonderes. Fernseher im Schlafzimmer defekt. Schiefer Sonnenschirm billigster Machart. Sitzkissen für Balkonmöbel z.T. verschmutzt. Keine weiteren Müllbeutel vorhanden. Bademantel für's Spa gab's nicht im Zimmer. Ansonsten für die Küchenzeile alles wichtige vorhanden. Keine Klimaanlage. Die Gesamteinrichtung ist Geschmacksache. Wirkt alles recht "preiswert". Das Restaurant ist gut, prima Frühstück,allerdings recht teuer.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Appartement sehr genossen. Tolles Appartement, sehr gut ausgestattet und ein sehr modernes Appartement-Hotel mit einem sehr großen Pool. Die Lage ist wie beschrieben sehr ruhig, so dass wir auch unter Corona Bedingungen keinen überfüllten Strand hatten. Bei schlechtem Wetter muss man aber mit dem Auto zu anderen Aktivitäten fahren. Einzig die Einfahrthöhe in die Tiefgarage mit 1,90m hat uns etwas überrascht. Aber bei vorsichtiger Fahrspurwahl kommt man auch mit ner Dachbox und ca. 2,10 m Höhe in den Stellplatz.

Strandurlaub im Winter

ein sehr schönes und sehr gut eingerichtetes Appartment, tolles Hallenbad mit Erlebnisduschen, sehr schöne Saunen und Dampfbad. Lage ganz nah am Meer. Hervorragende Frühstücksmöglichkeit im Haus. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
