The breakfast was filling, the rooms clean, the hot water was actually hot. The bar opened an hour too late but that was okay. The reception staff were excellent and very helpful. Maybe some English language training would be helpful for them. Overall, it was a relaxing and excellent stay at the hotel.

Primeira vez nesse hotel, e já me senti em casa quando vi o Gilmar sendo o Gerente atual! Já o conhecia de outro hotel, então imaginei logo que o hotel está em boas mãos! Quarto maravilhoso, espaçoso, ar condicionado novinho, cama boa, banheiro com tamanho excelente (não tem secador no banheiro), eles tem por dentro do Box um varalzinho (achei interessante), a vista do meu quarto era maravilhosa de frente ao Teatro e a parede de vista! Outra coisa que achei fantástica é que apesar do piso do corredor dos apartamentos ser de revestimento, dentro do quarto não ouvimos barulho algum, pois quando a gente entra no quarto, tem um hall pequeno e depois a porta do quarto que abafa completamente o barulho externo!Amei!!! O hotel não tem academia, mas eles lhe dão um voucher pra você usar em duas opções próximas. Ah,e não tem piscina. O café é muito bom,e tem mais variedades no final de semana. E,agradeço a gentileza atender meu pedido do suco de acerola para o café da minha filha que é autista. Isso não tem preço para uma família ATÍPICA! Pequenos detalhes que aquecem o coração! Gostaria de agradecer as funcionárias que me socorreram no segundo dia de estadia, por conta da minha filha que se trancou no banheiro, e não conseguia abrir! Me mantive calma, conversando com ela, até que as meninas do staff chegaram com 4 chaves orientadas por alguém por telefone, e logo peguei a chave de fenda, e consegui girar por fora a fechadura e deu tudo certo! Por tudo isso, agradeço toda a equipe!
