Cleaning crew needs to be evaluated

The property was beautiful. However one of the hammocks was broken upon arrival, the hot tub had two separate errors and didnt work and had some hair flaoting in it, so it was not drained and cleaned like the email said it would be. Also our feet were black. I'm not sure the last time they mopped. We had to drive to walmart 20 minutes away to buy socks for all 6 of us so we could keep out feet clean. I did reach out to them and they offered to send the crew out but we did not want to be disturbed. They sent me the cleaning crews portal to show they marked off cleaning the tub and the floor and i sent pictures of our feet. The reply was "no one is perfect." I don't expect perfection, however with the cost one pays to be here for a week and you also showed me they lied on the portal that the mopped the floor is not a lack of perfection it was laziness. We even grabbed a paper towel, wet it, and scrubbed the floor for about 3 seconds and the towle was gross. I even sent them that picture as well. The place was beautiful and i basically lived outside the entire week listening to the waterfall reading my books. It just had me questioning the cleanliness of everything. Did they even wash the bedding? There are chairs with gross stains on them throwout the house. This is clearly a party house and not cleaned properly.

This place was absolutely amazing. The pictures don’t do it Justice. As soon as you walk through the front door you are met with beautiful views of the waterfall. The entire house was perfect.

All I can say is wow. From the second you step out of the car after pulling into the driveway you can hear the waterfall. It was just what we needed to relax and unwind. We had no plans other than staying in the home and enjoying the waterfall and nature. Our stay was magical and we can't wait to go back. Our next trip is already booked. See you again next year Watersong Falls.

Spring Break in the Mountains

We had two families stay for a total of 9 people and there plenty of room for everyone. We loved the view of the creek, the bar downstairs and the large community space. There is plenty to do for everyone and the host was fantastic. We hope to come back again very soon.

Wonderful spring break

We e had a lovely stay here for spring break. The creek out back was a huge hit with my kids, while the beautiful porches and hot tub were perfection for the adults. We had a few very minor things come up during our stay and the host was so prompt and pleasant making everything just right for us. The house is really beautiful and close to so many things. We’re already discussing when we can stay here next.

Amazing Views and Amazing Property!

Our large group had a wonderful time at Watersong Falls. The view is unbelievable and the house is immaculate. We had a range of kids between two families, with plenty of space for all. They enjoyed the hammocks and pool table. I enjoyed the neighborhood hiking trail for an early morning outing. Highly recommend booking this cabin for your stay! We will certainly be back.

I chose this location because it was perfect for a communal birthday weekend with friends and family. The waterfall was soothing with multiple rooms to enjoy it from. The home was just gorgeous and I did not want to leave. The kitchen was perfect for elegant communal meals.

Mountain Relaxation

We just returned from a week at Watersong Falls and can’t wait to go back! The house is gorgeous with such pretty views. It was really nice sitting on the screened deck reading with the water sounds in the background. The neighborhood is super quiet, which was also wonderful.

Breath-taking waterfalls !

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Watersong Falls! The property was very clean and modern with plenty of room for our family of 11, and we had everything we needed. But the water falls are the biggest asset. They are clearly visible from all the main rooms and decks, and their wonderful sound is predominant outside. We enjoyed our daily hikes down to the base of the falls.

Annual Family Get Together

Our scattered family comes together once a year for the past 4 years in the mountains and this has been the best home yet. Large enough for the 10 of us (2 kids loved the bunk room), all the amenities you could want in a 5+ star house and setting. Both are as beautiful as depicted in the listing. The kids spent so much time in the river, we had a fire every night at the fire pit, and morning coffee on the upper porch was a perfect way to start the day! While a little steep, the driveway was no problem for my all wheel drive GMC crossover, the other had 4WD trucks, parking fine for our 3 vehicles, and could’ve fit 1 more easily. The only hiccup we had was there are only 3 bins for garbage so ran out of space pretty fast with all of us, but easy enough for one of us to toss bags into one of the trucks and make a garbage run. Minor problem and one we have every year bc there are so many of us. There was an issue with a critter chewing through the hot tub wires and they had someone there within an hour to fix. Very nice and very responsive. Again 5+ stars, would love to come back.

Beautiful home with spectacular view

Our family stayed in this beautiful home for 4 nights, and we had a wonderful time. The house is gorgeous, and the view of the waterfall is even more amazing. There is a lovely path down to the waterfall with ropes that you can hold onto if you need and stone steps all the way down. This made it possible for me to walk down to the waterfall and enjoy it close-up, even with my bad knee (along with a cane, it was very doable). I am incredibly grateful to still be able to have this experience as my knee generally does not allow me to take the types of hikes I would need to take to get to experience such a view. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back!

Tranquil weekend getaway

Invited my cousins up since we have not seen each other in 20yrs. They were very taken by the house and the amenities. Of course the Davenport river was a huge therapeutic experience that made the stay even more memorable for my family!
