Amicalola Falls State Park at Springer mountain (30mi to ESE) - the starting point of the Appalachian Trail, the Aska Adventure Area (25mi ENE) is located nearby as well as the Benton MacKaye Trail (BMTA), only five minutes away! Indoor amenities include high speed wireless internet, Dish TV with America's' top 120 programming. A Foosball Table, electronic dart board and stationary bike is located on the lower level as well as many board games and puzzles for your enjoyment.

You will love reclining on the leather wrap around sofa with 2 recliners, warmed by the gas-fired, stacked rock fireplace or enjoy smores at the firepit, soaking up the incredible views from each window. Step outside the french doors to the wrap-around covered deck and relax on the two-seater wooden swing. Hear the rushing waters of nearby fightingtown creek. Watch as morning clouds rise from Bushy Head gap and disappear into the Cohutta Mountains view. For those birdwatchers, many colorful finches and hummingbirds can be heard and seen just yards from the deck. The master bedroom suite has a cathedral ceiling and a gas log fireplace.
