Upon entering our room, there was NO toilet paper, used towel, hair all over the bathroom floor and the balcony screen was ripped to the point we could not use it for fresh air. Rugs need a good cleaning. Breakfast was good. Location is convenient to everything. Was disappointed that the hot tub was broken.

Lake George outlets

For an older hotel, it was a very good stay. Beds were very comfortable, room was quiet and clean, the breakfast was the best we've had at a hotel in a long time. Would definitely stay here again.
