Reserved online. Poor appearance and finishing touches. Very dated. Room was better quality, but bathroom was VERY dated. But, for the price, I guess that’s the best they can do. Since I was only there 8 hours for a place to sleep, I guess I would stay again, but definitely not for an extended stay.

Far past the time, it needs major remodeling. The bathtub was rusted, hot water was sporadic and the pet friendly room we were assigned reached of urine. Wyndham should reconsider having their name associated with this location. We are fans of newer LaQuintas but will not be staying at this location again. Not recommended.

Okay but not great

Being a pet-friendly hotel, we knew accommodations wouldn’t be superb, but floor and general felt dingy. I don’t think they mop the hard flooring between guests, which is gross. The floor to ceiling, full walled windows faced the afternoon sun so the room was near stifling when we arrived. It would have been nice to crank the A/C before we arrived, but by bedtime it was more comfortable.

This place was horrible

The hotel clerk was horrible. He had a terrible attitude upon check in. The bathroom had a horrible moldy smell. The free breakfast was laps terrible. We were the first one there at 6AM and I had to microwave the eggs and sausage because they were at room temperature. I will never stay there again

I had two employees stay here and they both told me there was no hot water and the a/c was not working. They had to sleep with the balcony door open to cool the room. When I called to speak with the manager, he told me the hot water was working, and the a/c was working and there were no issues reported from the previous guest.

I was very unhappy and disappointed with the experience. The first issue was the room on the website was misrepresented. The room was described as a "Suite" when in fact it was just a room with two queen beds. The second issue was that the first room we were offered smelled very strongly of ammonia. The second room we were offered smelled even more strongly of ammonia as well as the hallway. Since we were travelling with our pet, we were obviously put in the hallway were pets stay. When I tell you the smell was strong, I am being kind; it literally hit us in the nose as soon as we walked in the room; we didn't even put our bags down. We returned to the front desk and were told by another guest that they had cockroaches in their bed. We decided to leave the property and had to go to another hotel. This hotel doesn't even have any suites. The front desk clerk even confirmed the room was misrepresented on the website and she also confirmed the smell of ammonia. Overall terrible experience!
