Staying at the Living Stone Lodge was a perfect choice for our family! It literally had everything we needed, wanted, and more! The beautiful decor and unique furnishings made our stay extra special, and the downstairs game room kept everyone busy and entertained on a rainy day. The pier and pond were relaxing and quiet, filled with wildlife to observe and enjoy. (The only downside was that the lake was great for fishing but not suitable for swimming....however, Rebecca was able to provide recommendations for good beaches around the area instead.) I really appreciated all of the extra touches that made our stay so enjoyable... a blackstone grill, extensive coffee bar, toiletries, plenty of paper products (paper towel, tissues, toilet paper), plus ziploc bags, etc for food storage. Rebecca is a fantastic host, very communicative, and kind. We loved learning the unique history of the cabin and would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful location to larger groups requiring extra space.
