With room for up to 2 guests, the studio features not one, but two terraces—one with a stunning sea view and another south-facing, ideal for soaking up the sun throughout the day. The living space is equipped with a comfortable folding bed for two, along with down blankets, pillows, and mattress protectors for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. A well-equipped kitchen offers all the essentials, including a ceramic hob, traditional oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, filter coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, thermos, croque machine, and cooking utensils. Heating is provided via natural gas and an electric boiler, with usage settled via the deposit. Additional amenities include a flat-screen TV, cable channels, radio, Chromecast, a vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies. While there is no Wi-Fi, the serene setting and modern comforts more than make up for it. Accessible via a lift (not suitable for wheelchairs unless foldable), the studio is non-smoking and does not allow pets. A garbage room and bicycle storage are available in the building, making this an ideal, hassle-free base for your coastal getaway.
