House of 150m2 located in the center of the beautiful town of Blanes only 100m from the beach and shops, 3km from the train station and 30km from Girona's Airport. It is divided into three floors and has a large terrace on the upper floor with a laundry area. On the first floor we find the living room with sofa bed, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with a shower. On the third floor you have another bedroom with a bunk bed and access to the terrace. You will find a Nespresso coffee maker, oven, washing machine, air conditioning, winter heating, TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. At the check in we will ask for the documentation. Groups under 25 years are not allowed. A fourth bedroom will be closed and available to the property. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
