Welcome to our cabin "LAKESIDE RETREAT " located on beautiful Lake Nottely in the mountains of North Georgia. Escape the city and relax at our cottage " , about 2 hours from Atlanta, Chattanooga, and Knoxville.
As you enter the cottage, your expectations and excitement will be fulfilled when you realize this vacation getaway is exactly what you needed! Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the lake on the fully screened porch. The cottage feel, that gives you the sense you have arrived to start your vacation in the mountains on Lake Nottely.

When you enter the cottage you immediately are drawn to the spectacular view of the lake. The dining area that's located on the screened room has seating for up to 10.
One of two the bedrooms which are located on the main level features a king bed & a full size bathroom. The other bedroom also has area has a king bed and a full bath right next to it which also serves as the hall bathroom
The lower level of the cottage is a great place for another couple or family members that are wanting a little more privacy. This area features its own sitting area and bunk room with a full bath (shower only). There's also a set of French doors leading to the backyard which has a covered patio with more seating. The backyard overlooks the lake and a private covered dock which has space for your boat and two Jet ski's. The yard has lots of room for the kids to play and run around.
We could go on and on about everything this cabin has to offer, but you really need to come experience it for yourself. So, pack up the family or grab some friends and come enjoy being on the Lake. Don't forget your fishing rods! This is an amazing vacation rental for your family getaway and an opportunity to create unforgettable memories.

We've rented quite a few vacation properties in the Georgia mountains over the years and this was by far our favorite. The location on the lake is really beautiful and quiet. The outdoor screen porch was a great place to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The living areas and bedrooms were very comfortable and the owners very responsive. I highly recommend and hope to come back next year as well.

Peaceful Lake House

Our stay at this Lake House was ideal. The pictures don't do it justice. It was more than we expected and perfect for our group of teens, parents, and grandparents. Everything is well appointed and comfortable. We hope to return in the future and spend more time on the lake and in this lovely home.

A Wonderful Week at Lakeside Retreat!

We absolutely loved our week at Lakeside Retreat. The house was as beautiful as advertised, and the owner was such a pleasure to work with. We had zero issues during our stay and the house was wonderfully appointed both inside and out. There isn't anything that the owners didn't think of! We loved eating our meals and relaxing on the huge screened in porch, making snores at the fire pit on the deck, swimming off the dock, and using their paddle board, kayaks, and swim mat. Such an awesome house and stay! We will be back!
