Inside, the home comfortably accommodates up to six guests, featuring a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the guest room, and a spacious sleeper sofa in the living area.
The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped for preparing everything from casual breakfasts to elegant dinners, making it easy to dine in comfort.
Available year-round, 28 Graeagle is your perfect getaway—whether you’re soaking up the summer sun or heading out for winter sports adventures.

3. Please do not overload the dumpsters, and use the GREEN dumpsters for trash and BLUE for recycle.
4. Please do not put anything down the toilet or sink that is not easily degradable.

To book with your pet, either call us directly, or select a pet-friendly property on our website, and click the `Pet Fee` box at check out. For properties requiring prior approval, please email or call us with the request.

We suggest bringing your pet`s bedding as pets are prohibited from being on furniture or beds.

If pet hair is found on furniture or beds, Renter will be subject to a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100.

Towels belonging to the Premises are not to be used on pets.

Visiting pets are not allowed.



We love our fur friends but enforce a strict NO-Pet Policy on our other properties.

If an unauthorized pet is at the Premises, or found to have been at the Premises,

(a) Renter shall immediately be subject to a non-refundable penalty of $100, in addition to the standard pet fee of $150.

(b) Renter shall be responsible for all damage caused by, and all incidental costs related to the pet; and

(c) Renter and Guests may be required to leave the Premises immediately.

The location was excellent. We were able to walk to the golf course and have breakfast, and we even walked into the town of Graeagle for the festival. The house was very clean, the bed was comfortable and we had a great time in Graeagle!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a perfect location. It's just a short drive to all the great restaurants, shops, and activities in Graeagle, making it an ideal home base for exploring the area.The check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy, and the host was always responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. Everything was smooth from start to finish.If you're looking for a peaceful place to stay that's close to everything Graeagle has to offer, I would definitely recommend this property. We'd be happy to stay here again!

The place is very well located but not true to how it is advertised on the website. It claims it is updated when all that has been improved is paint and new flooring. The bathrooms are outdated. Main bathroom the shower door sticks, sink is low coming to my mid thigh and I am 5' 4" tall. Guest bedroom does not have a closet rack nor a drawer to store clothes. Kitchen has a new microwave but all other appliances are 1980's at the most. Not a decent knife in the place to use to cut meat, fruit, etc. Three small fans to cool down the whole condo. Outside has table and chairs with the chairs coming apart. The barbeque is eroded so badly. They charged us 315 a night for a two star place and I saw where they want 456.00 which is a total ripoff. I took pictures of everything I am writing. We won't stay there again.
